New Artist (Music):: Killa Cal – Thats My Car & Mixtape Freestyle
As the summer ends, DC, MD and VA gets ready for one of its rising stars to put out two heavily anticipated mixtapes. The first of the two, Reality Check, is slated to drop within the next 3 to 4 weeks. Featured in the Indie Grind Section of Hip Hop Weekly in April, We Got Next section of Foundation Magazine in May, Speaker Box section of the Arizona based Magazine Xpoz in July, and an interview in California’s #1 Hip Hop Magazine Down Low next week, Killa Cal plans to keep his national buzz going into the fall with this release hosted by WPGC 95.5’s DJ / Radio Personality DJ Rico. The second mixtape, Kill-Aboration’s, is scheduled for a late October release with features from Rock Mikey, Gordo Brega, Diggz, Los, Aye B, ODR, Dayo, Don Choo, Michelle Blackwell, Frank Sirius, Ghost and a host of others.

WOW! This is some good stuff. His voice is commanding and the lyrics are solid. He sounds like a veteran. DC is making some noise, I never heard of this guy until now. Might need to get him up to NY for some battels.
