Young Berg fails three times. When he’s not out getting his chain snatched, Young Berg can often be found trying to fit not one, but two of his feet in his mouth. First his Berg-ness caught the wrath of the Internets and very specific cross section of women when he told radio show Lip Service:

“I’m kinda racist…I don’t like dark butts…You know how some women prefer light skin men or dark skin men? It’s rare that I do dark butts – that’s what I call dark skinned women…I [don’t date women] darker than me.”

When you’re best known for getting your chain snatched as opposed to that one hit single under your belt, you may want to invest in some media training to ensure that you don’t alienate that last bastion of consumers who still buy your music, i.e. - women.

Granted, Young Berg is more than entitled to his preference of women, but there are some things that you just keep under that Supreme cap.

And don’t try an rectify the situation with a reality show where you are struggling for relevancy looking for true love while also proclaiming that one of the potential contestants is “pretty for a dark skin shorty.”

Some people just never learn.

Future failings: Berg gets his reality show green lit and in the first round gets rid of all the girls who don’t pass his brown paper bag test. The girls also catch a fail for appearing on the shows as well.
